This message can appear if you've updated your Android version of the Cozmo App, and then try to connect to Cozmo from another device that has an older version of the Cozmo App.
The fix is to update all of your devices (Android, iOS, and Amazon Fire Tablet) with the latest version of the Cozmo App.
Please check your device's app store for the update.
If the update is just not there yet, we do apologize. We try release all of our Cozmo App updates at the same time. It's just that no two app stores seem to sync up at the same time. All of the updates will soon be available, so thanks for your understanding.
