This article explains why you might see the "You must update your Cozmo App to continue" message.
This message can appear if you have updated one of your devices to a newer version of the Cozmo app, and then tried to connect to Cozmo from another device that has an older version of the Cozmo app.
The only solution is to update all of your devices (Android, iOS, and Amazon Fire) with the latest version of the Cozmo app.
Please check your device's app store for the update.
If the update is just not there yet, we do apologize. We always release all of our Cozmo app updates at the same time. It is just that no two app stores seem to be completely in sync. We apologize for any inconvenience but updated versions of the Cozmo app will soon be available in all of the app stores, and we appreciate your understanding.
