During game play it is possible for cars to go off the track. This is expected normal behavior during game play and often the result of certain weapons. The new Supertrucks in particular have a variety of weapons that make cars spin, do wheelies or come off the track (e.g Rage mode).
As the number of cars increases, the chance of a car going off the track also increases since they are more likely to run into and hit each other.
In other cases, the car and the track surface may need to be cleaned. Our recommended method for cleaning each part is listed below:
- Clean the rear tyres using the included Tyre cleaner. Open the tyre cleaner and run the rear tyres on the sticky surface. To clean the tyre cleaner, open the tyre cleaner and run the cleaning surface under cold running water. To remove the dust build up, rub your finger over the sticky surface. Once finished washing, let the tyre cleaner air-dry before using it.
- Clean the track using a dry cleaning sheet such as a clean dry microfiber cloth. A bit of water or window cleaner may also be used occasionally but do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive material such as paper towels or other paper cleaning product. Doing so may damage the track surface.
