Product Returns (UK)
A) Products purchased from official UK retail partners:
Products that have been purchased directly from one of our official retail partners must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
B) Products purchased directly from Anki via www.anki.com:
Anki accepts returns for Anki products purchased from Anki.com within 30 days of receipt of shipment. You may return your undamaged Anki product with its included accessories and original packaging. If the item is returned within this timeframe, we'll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method within 5 days from the time the returned product was received. The number of days for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement may vary depending on your credit card-issuing bank. Please note the following:
- Only products that have been purchased directly from Anki.com can be returned to Anki. Anki products purchased through UK retail partners must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Product was purchased from Anki.com within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
- A copy of a valid receipt or Anki direct online store auto generated order number is required.
- Products can be returned only if they are not damaged due to misuse or abused.
- If returning a starter kit and one of the following items; track, car - Boson, car - Kourai and fast charger (AC/DC power adapter US/CAN + 3-port power cable) are identified misused or abused and/or, not included in the box, the selling price for that item will be deducted from the total amount of the starter kit.
- Products must be in new condition or like-new condition.
- Products must be returned with original packaging, accessories and user guides that were included when you received it.
How to Return an Anki Product
To return an item to Anki please get in touch with our Support Team by clicking on the CONTACT button that you can find at the bottom of this article.
Please provide the following information:
- Your name
- Email address
- Contact phone number
- Order #
- Last four digits of the credit card used to purchase Anki product
- Date Anki product was received
- Copy of receipt
- Return address
Next, you will receive an email from email@example.com with a copy of the prepaid shipping label, tracking number and instructions on how to return the product. If you have multiple items to return, you may pack them in a single box with the packing slip.
You can either schedule a pickup with the carrier (at your cost) or drop off the package at any of the carrier's locations free of charge.
Once we receive your item, and confirmed that it is complete and in the original condition, we will initiate the refund. The refund will be sent to the card that you had used for the original order and - depending on the bank institute - arrive within 5-10 working dates.
Exchange an Anki Product
If you purchased from Anki Online Store and your purchased product arrived damage or are incorrect, product can be exchanged by contacting Anki Customer Care. All contact details can be found by clicking on below CONTACT button.
